-Do not forget to check out the time of your admission

-In order to expedite the process and to direct your request to the relevant department for action, please send all necessary documentation (medical reports, X-rays/CT Scans/MRIs, pathology slides/reports, discharge summary etc.) 

-Admission Office will be in touch with you to answer question you may have about your time in hospital.
