M.D. İbrahim Kulaç

Pathology

Dr İbrahim Kulac was born in Artvin in 1984. He was graduated from Trabzon Yomra Science High School in 2002 and Hacettepe University School of Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency training in pathology at Hacettepe University School of Medicine Department of Pathology between 2008-2013. Afterwards, he studied on prostate cancer pathogenesis and worked on molecular techniques in pathology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Pathology (Baltimore, Maryland, USA) with Dr Angelo De Marzo for three years. He completed his mandatory service at Mardin State Hospital between 2016-2018. He’s studied neuropathology for three months at University of California, San Francisco, Department of Pathology, Division of Neuropathology. He has been working as a faculty member at Koç University School of Medicine Department of Pathology since 2018 and recurrent visiting scholar at University of California, San Francisco, Department of Pathology, Division of Neuropathology since 2019. His specific research and clinical fields are molecular pathology, neuropathology and urogenital pathology.
