Fibroids
Fibroids are found in 70% of the women by the time they reach the age of 50. Although they can be asymptomatic, many women seek treatment for fibroids. Asymptomatic women can be managed expectantly. Women who do not wish to have surgery can be treated medically or with invasive radiologic approaches such as MRI guided focused ultrasound and embolization. We provide different surgical treatments that include laparoscopic myomectomy, robotic myomectomy, hysteroscopic myomectomy, and hysterectomy. All patients are evaluated by 2D and 3D ultrasound and when necessary with MRI prior to treatment.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are acquired by sexual contact. The spread of the disease may be through blood, semen, secretions, or other body fluids. STDs include syphilis, hepatitis, HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, HPV and many others.
Some STDs may have specific symptoms such as vaginal discharge and pain with intercourse, while it is also possible to acquire STDs from people who are looking perfectly healthy. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to use condoms consistently and to get checked for STDs regularly.
We provide screening, diagnosis, and treatment of STDs. Our screening methods include PCR amplification, culture and microscopic evaluation of secretions, specific blood tests, and HPV typing.
Contraceptive Counselling

Cervical Cancer Screening / HPV Typing / HPV Vaccination
We combine Pap smear with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) typing in order to enhance the diagnostic accuracy of the cervical cancer screening. Moreover, we offer HPV vaccination to our patients to limit their risk of getting infected with the virus itself.
