From initial inquires, questions and concerns about medical treatment we are here to serve you during all phases of your care, in your own language. In order to ease the process of having a treatment in a foreign country, our support program begins before your stay to ensure you are fully informed about our facility.

Communication is never a barrier during your stay. All of our doctors have academic knowledge and fluency in English. In addition, our patient coordinators will assist you in your own language during your stay in the hospital, helping you with all your needs, free of charge. 

Our hospitals thinks about your individual needs when planning your care and treatment. We make adjustments where possible to take account of things such as your age, disability, sex (gender), gender identity, race, religion, belief or sexuality. We offer a range of private rooms, suites and junior suites designed for the comfort of our patients and their relatives. Patients traveling from abroad are met at the airport and transferred to hospital with private drivers.

Prior to your visit, our International Patient Programs Department will provide you with detailed information about the projected treatment plans, cost estimates, appointment scheduling, interpretation services, transportation, accommodation and insurance eligibility.
