Prof. Dr. Levent Oğuzkurt was born in 1966 in Gaziantep. After finishing high school in Kahramanmaraş High School, he graduated from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in 1990. He finished his Radiology residency in Hacettepe University School of Medicine, Department of Radiology in 1996. He focused on Interventional Radiology training during his residency. He started to work in Başkent University School of Medicine Department of Radiology as a staff Interventional Radiologist in 1998. He had Interventional Radiology Fellowship in Minnesota University Radiology Department between 1999 and 2000 in USA. He returned to Başkent University where he worked for 15 years. He received his Associate Professor degree in 2005 and Professor degree in Radiology in 2011. He moved to Istanbul in 2014 and worked for Medical Park Hospital Group Bahçelievler Hospital. He has been working in Koç University Hospital, Interventional Radiology section since October 2015.
