Within our clinic, we cooperate with several specialties in the care of our patients:

We utilise laboratory facilities extensively for diagnostic purposes.  Within the radiology department, thyroid and vascular ultrasound, pituitary and adrenal MRI are most commonly requested tests.

For our diabetic patients we consult ophtalmology, nephrology, cardiology, vascular surgery and sometimes cardiac surgery departments.  We frequently request dermatology and dentistry evaluation. 

We are involved in pre-operative evaluation and post-operative follow up of patients for bariatric and metabolic surgery. 

For our thyroid patients we frequently work with nuclear medicine department for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.  We work closely with endocrine surgeons for thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgeries. 

We consult neurosurgery department for pituitary surgeries. 

Our PCOS , hirsutism and gestational diabetes patients are followed together with obstetrics and gynecology department. We work closely with physical therapy and rehabilitation and orthopedic surgery department for our osteoporosis patients. 

We are frequently consulted for oncology and radiation oncology patients for various problems ranging from hyperglycemia to electrolyte imbalance and thyroid disorders.  We also help manage the in patient and out patient diabetes of oncologic surgery and pancreatic surgery patients.

In general we refer our chronic patients to several specialties and serve as consultant for most of the medical and surgical divisions of our hospital.
