Dr. Semra Uğur graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2006. She did Anesthesiology and Reanimation residency in 2013. Between 2006 and 2007, she worked T. C. Ministry of Health Bağcılar Demirkapı Health Center, between 2014 and 2015 she worked T.C. Ministry of Health Gevaş State Hospital and in 2015 T.C.S.B.Ü. She worked at Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital.
