Assoc. Prof. Ayse Bilge Ozturk, M. D. was born in 1976 in Antalya. After finishing her high school in Tekirdağ Anatolian High School in 1994, she graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. She finished her residency in Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine Department of Pulmonary Diseases in 2006. Between 2009-2012 she completed her allergy and immunology fellowship at Hacettepe University School of Medicine. During her fellowship she worked a year in Gaziantep University School of Medicine Cell Culture Laboratory. She participated in an research about microbiota and allergic disease at the University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Medicine Finn-Perkins laboratory. She received her Associate Professor degree in Pulmonary Medicine in April 2016. She is working in Koç University Hospital since October 2014.
