Said İncir M.D. was born on May 18, 1982 in Sanliurfa. After finishing his education at Yesilkoy Anatolian High School in 2000, he started Uludag University Medical Faculty. After he received his medical doctor degree he worked at Aksaray city Altınkaya Health Center for obligatory service. In 2009 he attended to residency education at Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty Biochemistry Department. During his residency he participated in various research projects in clinical biochemistry and worked as an assistant and supervisor in laboratory programs. In this period he published papers about psychiatric disorders, nutrition, inflammation, insulin resistance and obesity. Meanwhile in 2012 he participated as a visiting Researcher in Laboratory of Human Metabolism at the Department of Physiology, Lausanne University (UNIL), Lausanne, Switzerland. In 2014 he received his clinic biochemistry specialist degree. After finishing his obligatory service in May 2015 he started to work at Koç University Hospital.
